R.B. Kappmeier, Personenbegleitdienst Plus+, a companion care service, issues around 300 invoices every month. Each one was entered by hand in Lexware Office, at roughly five minutes apiece. At least three people were involved, about 25 hours a month in total.

Our Solution
At month end, the visits are dictated in one go. An AI agent assigns each entry to the right client, creates the invoices in Lexware Office and files them, with the name of the person cared for in the delivery address. A staff member gives final approval, and the invoices are then sent automatically.
