Your digital office as a mini-game

Give it a try.

Pick your industry

Autonomy

Basic automation. The AI makes suggestions, and people do the work.

The 3D office loads in a moment

  • 0Autonomous
  • 0Approved
  • 0By hand
  • 0Waiting

Pick a sector and set the autonomy level from 1 to 5. People get up and head for the control room or the annex, and agents walk in. Cases travel through the office. Where an exclamation mark appears, the agent has prepared the work and waits for your sign-off. Click a room to see its swarm and tasks.

Simulation, not measured values. The counters show how tasks are distributed at each level.

Every task at a glance

The list shows every task from the game with its classification and technology. We build a workflow, RPA or an AI agent, whichever fits the process best.

Service firms: consulting, agency, law, IT

Consultancies, agencies, IT firms, engineering offices, law and tax practices and facility managers sell expertise and time. The back office gets projects moving and turns the hours worked into invoices.

Core business: Client room. This is where the people whose expertise the firm sells do their work, advising clients and guiding projects.

Inbox: post and invoices

Everything sent by email or post lands here. The swarm sorts and routes them, and anything unclear goes to a review pile.

Agent swarm: Inbox swarm

  • E-invoice checker (Workflow): Checks XML, mandatory fields and archiving.

What stays with people

A lot runs on its own today. On these topics a person still decides, either because the law says so or because liability and relationships depend on it.

  1. Hiring and dismissal

The agent structures CVs and confirms receipt. A person decides who is hired, turned down or dismissed (GDPR Art. 22). The sign-off has to be real: relying on a ranking alone still counts as an automated decision. A dismissal needs a signed letter, and even an agent with email access cannot validly issue one (section 623 of the German Civil Code).

  2. Contracts and commitments

Negotiation, contract signing and project acceptance stay with people, as do delivery dates and one-off goodwill gestures. What an agent declares to the outside is attributed to your company. So it acts only within stored prices, discounts and limits, and it identifies itself as an AI in customer contact.

  3. Outgoing money and bank details

The agent prepares payment runs and stops suspicious bank details. A person approves the transfer and every change to a supplier bank account, with a call-back on a known number. No law requires this, so the split is your call: money that has left is hard to get back, and management is liable for due care. Below set value limits, payments can run without sign-off.

  4. Annual accounts and payroll

Analyses, preliminary postings and payroll data come from the agent, which also checks them for anomalies. Management signs the annual accounts, you and your tax adviser answer for the tax return, and HR or the tax adviser releases the payroll run.

  5. Posting and audit trail

The agent codes and posts clear-cut cases on its own. People own the procedure: process documentation, tolerances, spot checks and the handling of uncertain documents. For e-invoices the structured XML part is the record and is kept together with a readable copy.

  6. Works council co-determination

Where a system can capture employee behaviour or performance, for example time tracking, utilisation, staffing or absence, you introduce it together with the works council. That is settled beforehand and is part of the project. For employees, daily routine only changes once an agreement is in place.

  7. Export control and anti-money-laundering ID checks

The agent screens goods and sanctions lists, and prepares export papers and documents for identifying new clients. On a hit, with dual-use goods, end use and licence applications, a person decides. After sign-off, the declaration goes through certified customs software.

  8. Quality release and recalls

The agent checks batches against target values and pre-fills 8D reports. Batch release, the 3.1 test certificate from the authorised inspector and the decision on a recall or withdrawal stay with people. For food, that includes notifying the authority.

Your path to a fully automated office

We work in three steps: selection, proposal, pilot. After that we continue process by process.

  1. Selection

In the free automation check we work out which process suits a first step and which system access we need. Mapping the process is part of the selection, so there is no separate phase for it.

  2. Proposal

You get a proposal with a cost-benefit analysis at a fixed price. Open questions are settled beforehand, and there is no hourly rate.

  3. Pilot

We build an agent in one to two days. Testing on real cases happens the same week, and the pilot usually starts within the first week. Anything that has to be in place first, such as access, an interface release or agreement with the works council, we settle beforehand.

  4. One process at a time

We split a whole office into sections that each run in days, and work through it room by room. Depending on the process, we save 20 to 80 percent of process costs.

  5. The right level

For each process we pick the level that fits. Level 5 is not always the most economical choice. Sometimes a workflow is enough, sometimes an AI agent with sign-off is the better fit. We build a workflow, RPA or an AI agent, whichever suits you best.

  6. Operation and ownership

Every automation comes with a maintenance agent included in the fixed price. It monitors operation, checks interfaces for changes and tests changes against past cases. Whatever it cannot fix becomes a ticket for your IT team. Running costs are the usage costs of the AI models, billed directly to you. The result belongs to you.

How we handle data protection

We work in line with the GDPR and on European infrastructure. If you prefer, the models run locally on your own hardware, and your data never leaves the building. A data processing agreement is standard.

Frequently asked questions

Does a fully automated office mean job cuts?

No. The point is relief: your people get time back for the work they were hired to do. That is why every figure in the game moves to the control room or the annex. Decisions on hiring, dismissal and pay stay with people.

What about data protection?

We work in line with the GDPR and on European infrastructure. If you prefer, the models run locally on your own hardware, and then your data never leaves the building. A data processing agreement is standard. Where a system touches employee behaviour or performance, involve your works council beforehand.

What does it cost, and what comes after?

We only work at a fixed price. You get the price in our proposal, once the open questions are settled in the free automation check. After that, the only running cost is usage of the AI models, billed directly to you. No subscription, no operating fee. The maintenance agent is included in the fixed price.

What happens when the agent makes a mistake?

We set limits. When confidence is low, a case lands in a review pile instead of a room, and a person approves money and contracts. Before launch we test with real cases from your business. In operation, the maintenance agent checks interfaces for changes and tests changes against past cases. Anything it cannot fix itself becomes a ticket for your IT team. What an agent declares to the outside counts for your company, so it only acts within stored prices and limits.

Does everything have to run at level 5?

No. We pick the level per process, because level 5 is not always the most economical choice. With quotes, for example, recurring quotes at fixed prices and discounts from the CRM go out without sign-off. For custom quotes the AI drafts in under a minute, and sales checks prices and calculation and approves.

How do we get started?

With the free automation check. We work out which process suits a first step and which access we need. A proposal and a pilot follow. You do not have to rebuild the whole office at once, and one room is enough to start.

Which room starts first in your business?
